Question / Help Stream display constantly freezing

Needing some help and tips on why my stream is constantly lagging/freezing every few seconds.
For someone who is new to obs, would really like some help on how to fix this.

OK. Is there other encoder available to you (QuickSync for example, if yes - use it)?
Try to use simple streaming mode and 30 fps setting. (faster cpu preset is very low setting for your PC try veryfast at least)

And your connection is not as good as you think:

it may depend on service, server or your equipment.
