Stream disconnects and fails to reconnect

Hello. I am having an issue with OBS disconnecting while I am streaming a game with 30 mintues delay and recording simultaneously. My internet speed is 600/60 and I haven't timed out from the game or anywhere else.

Why the long 30 minute delay
You are getting disconnected about 26 minutes after stream connection when your recording starts There is nothing to stream at connection with that huge delay so you are getting disconnected and can't reconnect as there is nothing to stream for another 5 minutes by which your reconnect retries are maxed out

The delay is in place as the game that's being streamed is quite a lengthy match and as such we want to prevent players to not gain information from the stream. I've succesfully streamed over 15 times with the 30 minute delay in the past, unsure what has changed since then.
