Question / Help Stream disconnects after 29:54 no matter what!

Hello, I have searched the internet thoroughly, contacted OBS and twitch support, and gotten nothing. My steams always end after 29:54 give or take ONLY 1 second (I can't stress this enough!). I disconnect from twitch on OBS/Xsplit/anything I try after I've been live for that amount of time and after 2-3 minutes it can sometimes reconnect, in most of my tests I had to just shut off my software and try again.

here is what my VODs look like! ->

I have streamed without issue plenty in the past! I am an affiliate. This issue began a month ago and has plagued me since, I have had to quit streaming obviously.
I have switched from OBS to Xsplit: same problem
I have streamed on this PC (WIN 10) and ISP (fiber 100 mbps up/down wired connection) plenty before
I have gone through every possible setting.
Its not firewall or antivirus or something (as far as I can tell).
I have tried PC games, and using my capture card with a Wii U.
So please, if anyone has any idea what is going on here, point me in the right direction. I have done everything I can to remove variables, testing every possibility, and seeking help, and have gotten nowhere. I am only able to conclude currently that twitch is somehow shutting me down, which makes no sense.

If its the same problem on OBS as it is on XSplit, it is something in your system that is triggering.

Look into your DHCP settings on your router. The lease time may be getting in the way (1800 seconds). Make your computer use a static local IP address.

Then the problem is entirely outside of obs.
That became startlingly clear when I tried xsplit out of desperation. however it is odd that I streamed fine with OBS before updating.

Ok, thank you I will try and look into this, I've been totally lost so this is something to look into. Again, I streamed on this connection no problem in the past so I'm surprised but I will try anything.
