I'll be honest, this issue has been causing me to tear my hair out, and I have no choice but to try and see if anybody has any insight on why this is happening. Attached the log of the last time this happened. Event happens at 9:12 PM. I've eliminated the ISP since it doesn't happen on another machine on the same network. Its not OBS since its fine over a VPN. Re-installing Windows didnt help, and drivers have been updated from both MSI and directly from Realtek.
