Question / Help stream delayed from the obs preview almost 3 to 4 minutes !! Need help

Hello,

im streaming thru VLC source in OBS and the stream delayed almost 3 to 4 minutes !! Why is that ? While my internet speed more than 300 Mbp Download and more than 200 Mbp upload. The PC in USA and im sending the stream to nginx streaming server located in USA also.

Is there something i have to do with that settings in OBS ?

Hope someone can help me with that.
