Question / Help Stream Delay After Streaming for a Long Time

I'm posting this here because I'm at a loss of what to do. I've synced up my audio and video fairly well however now when I stream for a long time (approx. 2-3 hours) there is noticeable delay in audio and visuals. I'm not sure how to fix this problem so any help would be greatly appreciated!
