Hey all looking to get some support if possible. I have been live streaming my podcast to Twitch for the last year and I have a second podcast that I do on youTube. Just this past week though I am getting a 90% frame drop rate, which I just realized after the fact lol but I have no idea why? The audio is perfect, I use Google meet for others to join and then I stream through OBS. I have never had an issue, my internet hasnt changed in the last week and I have no other apps running except OBS, Loopback, and Google Meet. Is there something with the new OBS update that I am missing? I am not sure what to check first outside of my internet but the speeds are the same. Any help is greatly appreciated. Happy to provide screen shots of settings or anything if needed.
