Stream Deck: Pause Multi Action Until OBS Scene Video Finishes

Creating a multi-action button for OBS on a Stream Deck. One action in the sequence activates an OBS scene that plays a video. Once the video completes I want a delay, then activate another scene. Problem: How to I tell the multi-action sequence to wait until after the video finishes playing in OBS before it moves to the next action in the sequence (in this case the delay)?
