Stream Deck not communicating with OBS

Hi All,

I'm having a bit of an issue with the Stream Deck and needing some help.
I'm trying to get the deck setup so i can switch between Scenes and turn on and off source. I've been following a few videos on how to set it up but when it says to add the "Scene" and "Collection" i'm not getting the Collection or Scene available in the drop down menus (as pictured)

I've seen a couple of posts about ExpressVPN causing issues, so i uninstalled that, uninstalled both OBS and Stream Deck. Then Reinstalled OBS and Stream Deck Applications. I've trying runnint then normally and both "Run as Admin". Still no results.

The Deck will launch the applications, i've setup but just wont run any of the OBS commands.

You'll need to reach out to Elgato for support with their software. Even though it interacts with OBS, it's very much a "not our circus, not our clowns" situation. Elgato Support will also have a lot more information on getting everything set up right.

Immediately noticeable from your screen-snip though is that you're trying to set up a button for Streamlabs OBS, not OBS Studio. SLOBS is a crappy hacked-up inferior derivative fork of OBS. If you're using SLOBS, you'll need to contact Streamlabs for support with their hacksaw job.

If you're using OBS Studio, you need to use the Scene button from the OBS Studio section of the Streamdeck software instead. :)

There lies the root of my problem: I no longer have an OBS Studio section in my Elgato Stream Deck. All the scenes I had set up now read “Scene” and a question mark for the icon. Instead of an OBS Studio section there’s a SLOBS section.

I’ve tried rolling OBS back to 27.x and Stream Deck back accordingly, to no change, and re-updating both also to no change. Plug-in version 5.3.2.10 is installed (from 5.3.3 installer?) but not connecting.

Need to get this working again before Sunday, October 16. Was working (after repairs) the previous week (when there were two plug-ins of different versions installed).
