Hello,

I am trying to control two OBS instances with just one Stream Deck.

- Changing scenes with multiple actions for example.

I have a countdown scene which have to start synced in both OBS.

It seems to just connect to one of those OBS and it is able to actuate over just one OBS no matter what.

I am not running OBS in portable mode, Could this help to solve the issue?

Best,

Nikos

I am trying to do this too. It would be an awesome feature! One stream deck with two OBS instances. Independent control over each when using independent stream deck profiles.

Found a partial solution for me. In Instance 1 I use the preset Stream Deck Scene buttons to switch scenes/cameras. In Instance 2 I am trying to do the same thing. However I am using keyboard hotkeys i setup in OBS to switch scenes and assigning these to hotkey buttons in Stream Desk.

You'd need to contact Elgato and get them to include the ability to differentiate between two co-running instances of OBS.
The SD interfaces with OBS through a plugin they've made, and that plugin will need to be able to identify and communicate with their software properly. This isn't something the OBS devs can fix.
