Stream crashed every 1 hour on twitch

Sorry for my english. but i really need help with OBS issues =(
Start streaming on OBS ver. 26.0.2. Stream only 2 days and both days was crashes every 1 hour. Like a timer to restart stream: 1 hour past - stream off on twitch, another 1 hour - same. But OBS show that stream still running and no drops or anything. Just stream on twitch goes off and few minute past start again.
I cant understand what is wrong so asking for help.

I live in Russia, and this is new router with cable connection to my PC and it one of the best speed i can get. I will try your advice about Avast security.

check is the router have a gigabit port when yes change the cable.
check the router didnt have an option enabled disconect after xxxxx
mak a pin test same time you stream send ping to the streaming server adress when you see dropped pings its an isp problem

It is most likely not the internet or router problem. I stream on streamlabs with same PC and internet for a half year, and never face this problem like now with OBS. It is probably with OBS settings or OBS confrontation with some software.
