Question / Help Stream Constantly Goes Offline

My stream's bitrate is constantly dropping to 0kbps while I try streaming to YouTube Gaming. This makes the stream constantly go offline. This issue has been getting worse and worse over time. I have tried several different setting combinations, but none of them have worked. My internet and computer should be able to handle streaming; I've set my settings according to OBS's estimator. I'm trying to stream at 720p on Windows 10. I have no idea what to do at this point.

I've attached my OBS log files from my past 2 streams.
Here is a link to my stream archives, in the event anyone would need to see those: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLLqJoD9_hZww8G6HWkB0z4cAWHeYXyV9g

Okay, so I spent quite a bit of time looking into this today, and I think I've determined that the cause of the problem is my wireless connection. I tried streaming from my significantly less powerful laptop, and it had no frame drops while next to the router (they started when I moved away). I then tried using an ethernet adapter on my desktop, and this also got rid of frame drops.

I find it odd that the wireless connection is the cause of the problem, as multiple speedtests have shown that I have around a 10mbps upload speed, and I only need about a third of that for streaming. I guess it can't maintain that speed when streaming over wireless?

If anyone knows any solutions other than using an ethernet adapter, I'd love to hear them. The less hardware I have sitting around, the better.
