Question / Help Stream coming up at wrong fps

Hi guys - I could use some of your technical expertise on this issue! Last night I worked on optimizing my stream settings for PUBG, and I thought I finally figured out a sweet spot. Today - I did a 90 minute or so stream and when I went to go look at the VOD, I saw it was 30fps. I did some quick test streams and they were also 30 fps when LIVE. I usually stream at 48fps (twitch shows 720p50)

Now it says 720p instead of 720p50 on twitch...the setting on OBS is at 48, and the status on the bottom of the obs Window states that it is 48 as well.

No matter what I do, I can't get the stream to go beyond 30fps. Performance wise, everything in the game seems fine and I don't notice any lag.

Would really appreciate any help...thanks!

Thanks!

Bump...since this post I have updated my version of OBS as someone on reddit pointed out that my version was really old.

Still experiencing the same issue though....stream is at 720p, but OBS is telling me it's 48fps...

Edit, quick update: looked at my test account and it looks like test VODs from last night are now 720p50...but when I test the live version it is 720p. Also, the test VODs remain 720p for an undetermined amount of time....before I can change them to 720p50
