Question / Help Stream Choppy

Hey guys I'm not sure why but when I'm streaming it's really choppy and laggy when I'm playing the game but if I'm in another window the stream looks perfectly fine. If anyone could help me it would be really appreciated because I've been wanting to livestream a lot lately but it's a bit hard with this problem happening.

Can you do a few minutes' worth of streaming (Doing what you would normally do in-game) then stop the streaming session, then upload a current logfile please so I or someone else can further assist in troubleshooting:

Yeah sure, thanks for responding.. my last post got no replies haha

Nobody can assist in troubleshooting the issue you are having with OBS and streaming if you do not upload a relevant logfile that contains at least a few minutes' worth (3-5 minutes length is good) of streaming (Doing what you would normally do in-game, eg - Playing the game)

I still await the uploaded logfile.
