Question / Help Stream choppy With AMD VCE

hello everyone im trying to stream 1080p 60fps downscaled to 720p 60 fps and im getting very choppy video here is my logs

if i turn on low latency mode my obs just stops responding and crashes please help!~

im not using constant bitrate im using constant quality and i have gotten a smooth stream before just in low latency mode and but when i have it enabled now it just crashes obs when i hit stop recording

any reason why low latency mode would be crashing my game here is a log of the stream running before i end it.

You won't get a smooth stream if you aren't using CBR. No idea why the program would crash in your situation but since you shouldn't be using VCE it seems like an easy fix - switch back to x264.

You say it doesn't currently handle it properly. Are there plans for this to be worked on soon?

Also, is there any documentation on the advanced settings?
