Question / Help Stream causing game to lag very bad?

Asking for a friend here. His game seems to run perfectly when not streaming but as soon as he starts it starts to drop a lot of frames. Not sure what to do here.

Without more information the only thing i can say is that there is Hardware issues (incapability of streaming at settings desired), either try using a hardware encoder vs the usual software encoder (x264) and if that doesnt work its time for an upgrade (:
