Question / Help Stream Button not working

Issue started popping around last night, when I try to click on the "start streaming button" nothing happens im not sure what the issue is since the setting i've had before always workout for me. ??

Why are you using the AMD encoder to stream?

Update OBS Studio to v17.0.2 at least (there is new AMD VCE plugin). It looks like your video driver was updated and OBS Studio out of date.
