Bug Report stream button blanks out after start/stop pressed

If you start streaming and stop streaming, and leave OBS open... and then go back to start streaming... the stream button blanks out - and doesn't stream. It then becomes impossible for it start streaming and must be force quit with task manager.

This was also present in the last version of 25

Having same issue. If I stop the streaming server (using MistServer), the connect will fail. But if I don’t, I have to force close OBS.

Even if I kill the streaming server, I still must close and reopen OBS to get it to connect again.

Same deal. Not that it matters, but Streamlabs works fine to the same server

Here is a log file. I connected to a rtmp service I control so I could stop it to release OBS while it was hung trying to connect. But it does exactly the same thing to any other streaming server, including Facebook and Youtube
