Stream buffering every few seconds

Tried everything.
Literally have no idea what is going on, this happens with every game.
CPU and GPU usage are very low, there is no any bottleneck, had problem with Max Audio Buffering, but fixed that and everything was working ok for a while.

Here is the log file:

If anyone can help me and tell me what do to please do. I'm totally out of any ideas.
Network connection is also very stable. No issues there.
