Question / Help Stream Buffering and CPU Preset.

Hello people. Well, i really need your help! My stream always buffers for some reason. You know, the buffering that occures after few seconds. I've tried streaming on 2 Twitch accounts but the results are the same on both. There's constant buffering on my stream and no matter how annoying the buffering is for the viewer, the delay is increased, so there's really nothing "fun" about it anymore :P I think that all of my settings are the ones that twitch recommends. Even, the stream quality is rated as "Excellent" in the twitch dashboard, so i don't think there's something wrong with my settings.

Moreover, for some reason, the stream will start dropping frames because of the cpu when i try to select a CPU preset different than the "Ultrafast". My CPU is an i5 4670, so there must be something wrong cause it's not normal to drop frames due to the cpu when you try to stream cs:go with a cpu preset different than the "Ultrafast". The preset I used when I got this log file was "Ultrafast", so I guess you cannot actually make sure that everything's ok with it in this particular log file. Feel free to ask me to try streaming with another cpu preset if you actually need more info about it that you can get through the log files.

Thank you in advance, i hope you can help me :D

Dropped frames are purely a network issue.
Skipped and duplicate frames may be what's happening if your system isn't able to keep up.

I have 0 dropped frames as mention above! I tried streaming on hitbox to see if the problem would appear there as well and it was exactly like on twitch. I can't understand what might be going wrong with my side! Can you help me? My settings are fine, according to Twitch's Dashboard, since it says my Stream Configuration Quality is "Excellent". I've tried removing the lan driver of my mobo so i can make sure there's nothing wrong about my drivers, but nothing changed! Could it be something about the IP and DNS Server IP that I can modify through Windows' Control Panel? Can you please help me? I cannot tell what the problem is! :(

Man, sorry, i didn't make time to make some more tests. My major issue the fact that my stream buffers. I really need to fix this. I've searched so much stuff online, but I've found nothing to fix my problem. Can't you understand what's going wrong by reading the log file? I haven't read any log files and i don't know what to look for. I've tried to read it, but i can't understand if it actually says whether something's wrong. :(

Hmmm... Something interesting happened. There are efforts of me trying to stream with various cpu presets in this log file. The first preset i used was the "Ultrafast", as I did all the previous times. Nothing changed, BUT when i changed to "slower sounding" presets here's what happened. The buffering disappeared. My broadcast only buffered a couple of times during a 2-5 minutes long testing, which is most likely because of the 40-45% of the dropped frames I had. So, now we need to understand why there are dropped frames with the "slower sounding" presets. I guess, there's gonna be no buffering i there are not dropped frames. I even tried lowering the framerate in this log file down to 20 fps, but nothing changed.

Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 2637 (44.5%)

Thank you sir. I found out what was using some bandwidth. Although, I cannot understand why i can only use like 500 bitrate since my upload speed is like 900-950 kbps. I think I should be able to use some more, but it actually doesn't matter that much. Anyway, thank you for your time :D
