Hello, i've been facing this issue since 2017 when i first tried to Stream using a Ryzen 1700 (i think it was this mdoel) and try again from time to time, when the Ryzen 2700X released i've purchased it and still what i have, the issue remained all this time, i've done various Windows (10) new installs due to issues when doing updates, which would eliminate any issue that could be related to the OS.

Specs:

- AMD Ryzen 2700x
- ASUS Crosshair VII Hero WiFi
- GSkill DDR4 OC 3466MHz
- MSI GTX 1080 Sea Hawk X
- Windows 10 x64 v1909
- Alienware AW3418DW 3440x1440
- Internet 200 Down / 100 Up

Things that i've tried and didn't matter since 2017:

- Updating Drivers
- Updating BIOS
- Removing all Overclock from RAM, CPU and GPU.
- Changing resolution, including to standard 1920x1080, both letterbox mode while game was in Ultrawide, and actual 1920x1080
- Increasing Bitrate to 8k
- NVENC, NVENC (new), x264 up to Fast (All 6k-8k Bitrates)
- Lowering Resolution to 640p, still the same
- Different Stream Servers to which OBS connects to
- Streamlabs OBS, also the same problems.
- Changing game settings
- Different Games

PS: Now i'm using Ultrawide, but the problem was the same when i was using the 16:9 Monitor.

Example Test Stream done 30 minutes ago: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/572755339 (This was on Streamlabs OBS but again, is the same on both applications)

Thanks and stay safe!

It appears you're trying to stream 2292x960 at 60fps on 6000kbps, with x264 Veryfast as your encoder and preset.
In short, that's nowhere near enough bitrate.

1920x1080 is 2073600 pixels per frame. At 60fps, it wants around 12mbps to maintain a fairly decent image quality, but will still have some artifacting and blur.
2292x960 is 2200320 pixels per frame... even more than 1080p, at half the target bitrate. It's going to look pretty bad.

1720x720 is 1238400 pixels per frame (also in your log). That one might be feasible, but 8mbps is more likely to give you the quality you want (aside from the quality loss from the downscale), especially with x264 Veryfast which isn't the best quality compression. I'd actually recommend turning on NVENC instead, on your 10-series card, it's roughly equivalent to x264 Fast to Faster.
I can't speak about the other tests you've done.

Two more things.
One, NEVER stream in Full color range. OBS is hard-coded to only output in Partial when streaming, and your colors will be screwed up and crushed.
Two, we do not provide any support whatsoever for SLOBS here. Please restrict any troubleshooting or examples to main-line OBS Studio.

Thanks but I can't put 12k because Twitch is limited to 6k bitrate.

i've tried the 720p and 640p versions of UW, i've aso tried 1920x1080 like i said, it's also very blurry and pretty much the same as seen here: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/572843015

So something is up that is causing this, i will try the color range thing but i didn't touch it that i remember.

PS: Yesterday i saw a 1080p stream of same game at 3500kbps and looked great, my 6k looks far worse.

Ok i've tried 12k and disabled enforce streaming service encoder settings, seems a lot better and also disabled the full color range but seems no different in that regard.

But then when trying to view my stream i get this:

The video download was cancelled. please try again. (error #1000)

Video Resolution1376x576
Display Resolution2362x908
FPS60
Skipped Frames29
Buffer Size30.12 sec.
Playback Rate6000 Kbps

I don't get it, even at 1920x1080 is the same, blurry mess when moving the camera: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/572843015

This is very frustrating, can it be a GPU or CPU bottleneck? I know that if i try to stream, both NVENC and x264 cause stutter in large scale PVP or places where a lot of people gather, but still doesn't make sense because it happens (blur when moving) even if i'm inside a building and alone.

It happens with every game, setting to 12k helps a lot but then Twitch doesn't display the video because it goes above maximum supported by the platform.

Can this be normal for people who don't have sub button or are not partners etc? I saw people with sub button streaming the same game at 1920x1080 with as low as 3500kbps and it looked very clean, i don't think that not having a dedicated stream PC is the cause. x)
