I run a radio stream on YouTube and no matter what I have tried it is always blurry. I have tried identical settings to a friend of mine who does the same thing as me and his is perfectly fine in terms of quality.
I do not know but about the PC it's running on, but it's using 20% of the CPU at all times which doesn't seem like much (only around 30 - 40% of the CPU ever used in total and I do know it only has 4GB RAM (shouldn't that be fine for just playing/streaming music?) but never uses more than 3GB.
