Okay so I've been watching videos but can't really find anything to help with my setup.
I've recently read a post on here and I found these results clicking a testmy link ?
My problem is when I stream I drop frames heavily like 1300s. Can anyone help me and tell me whats going on.

I cannot find my bitrate for OBS at all I've tried 1500 2500 3000 ? is it my PC
