Question / Help Stream Audio Sync Issues

I was wondering how to get OBS 0.10.1 to set up with my Xbox One through Hauppauge HDPVR2 GE. On stream the cam and cam audio needs to be delayed but I can't seem to do it. I posted the log, thank you guys so much!

You have to right click on the webcam under sources and select filters. After that click on the add filter button, and select "Video Delay (Async)" then just set the time to however many milliseconds you want. If the webcam audio is through that device then it will delay the audio as well.
