Stream audio speeds up, then isn't in sync, and eventually isn't playing at all?

Please help. I've tried changing the quality, doing this, that, etc. I never had this issue with streams before I got the webcam.
Now I've been trying to use the webcam, my mic, and streaming games, and this is happening.... Why?

I only tried to stream to youtube btw, in a private stream.

So I found out that the webcam is causing this render lag, but WHY? I have no idea why and cant find a fix
