stream audio output issues

So a few days ago I replaced my hard drive with an ssd and installed a clean version of Windows 10. Before doing so, I streamed and had great audio with no problems. Now when I stream, using OBS, all audio quality but my mic is deteriorated and sounds terrible. When I have music and game audio going, they will just continuously get louder and quieter and cut each other off, it sounds terrible. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling my audio drivers, but at this point I am not sure what the source of the problem is. I have checked that my audio sample rates match and that everything is set to stereo sound so it is not a problem with that. If anyone could help me out that would be greatly appreciated. My log files are also attached below.

Hello, thank you for the response! So I turned Game DVR off and put my bitrate on 4500 which is where it used to be when I streamed and I also turned off the exclusive modes in sound settings. Unfortunately, doing so still hasn't helped and the quality sounds exactly the same. I'm not quite sure how the bit you mentioned about my refresh rate would effect it. Its the same settings I used when streaming previously and it caused no problems so that leads me to believe that it's not an issue. I'm not sure what else to do :(
