Stream Audio Broken - Recording, & Audio Mixer Valid?

I've had an ongoing issue with my audio not sending to Twitch. I've been able to fiddle with various settings in most cases and was able to fix it in the past. But suddenly something changed behind the scenes that I am unaware of- and now I am unable to hear my audio on stream no matter what I do.

I can confirm that my audio including voice, sound board, music, game and all other input sources are working when I perform a test recording to balance them together. I perform this test once before every stream.

Inside OBS, all my audio sources are visible firstly, within the audio mixer. Their volume is set to 80%, Monitoring is off (as I handle that through an external software/hardware described later), and the tracks are checked. I use the setting "Twitch VOD Track" as well. Before the actual break occured- I had all audio set to Track 1, and I also checked all except for my Music Input in Track 6 as well. As I had designated Track 6 as my "Vod Tack". Currently, in an attempt to fix my issue- I checked all boxes in all tracks just to see if it was routing to a track unknowingly. This did not provide a fix.

Further expanding into my settings, I use "Advanced" Output mode, (implied through my use of Twitch VOD Track) and am using the only Audio encoder available to me in the dropdown menu: "FFmpeg AAC". The same encoder is used for my recording as well. Audio bitrate is set to 160 for all Tracks. No replay buffer is being used.

I also use studio mode.

As far as external considerable factors, I am using a Maono Microphone (PD100X) and the Maonocaster Arena E2 audio console. Both of which come with software that handles the hardware settings, and audio routing respectively. I set up both according to the website and have had no troubles getting them to be detected with other software such as OBS, audacity, HONK, and other audio input detection software.

At this point I am at a complete and total loss, I saved for a whole year to upgrade my audio setup, get it working- and now feel as though I have nothing to show for it. I am extremely distressed at my inability to fix this issue. And have been dealing with this issue for so long I just don't know what to do to even attempt a fix anymore.

I attached a zip file of my logs going back into October, though today. I have tried streaming multiple times and even had a successful stream on 11/17 where I was able to somehow fix the audio issues with my tinkering. But nothing I have done since has worked.
