Question / Help Stream at 30FPS while recording 60FPS?

Is it possible that I could have the settings in some way that I'm streaming at 30FPS but recording at 60FPS? I'm already using the "advanced" mode to get different stream and recording settings, I'm just wondering if there's a way to get recordings to get 60FPS?

Ah, I see. Is it something they plan on adding sometime down the line?
Do you think it would too intensive to have Elgato Game Capture software open to record the 60FPS, OBS open to stream, and Audacity to record voice? (i7-6700 CPU, NVIDIA Geforce GTX 960)
