Question / Help Stream at 30fps and record at 60fps?

Hello I am wondering if it is possible for me to stream at 720p 30fps and record at 720p 60fps. I currently have my Recording Quality as Same as stream, but I would like to be able to record locally at 60fps. My connection typically isn't stable enough to stream at 60fps, which is why I can't just stream at that frame rate.

Not sure if you can do this. When you are in the Video section under setting, you can choose your FPS. This is for everything and don't think you can do this within one instance of OBS. What I would do, if you have a decent computer, is run the 64-bit to record and the 32-bit to stream. Not sure if this is possible though.
