Stream and Record at dissimilar FPS.

SO whenever this gets up, running, and working with my elgato again I was wondering if it's possible to stream and record at different FPS. I see the option that allows different bitrates, but I've not seen any option that would allow me to render out at one framerate for stream and record at a higher one.

No, not currently implemented and I don't have a high priority for it. The only thing I could do is make it a fractional value of the internal framerate, like if OBS is set to 60 then it could offer 1/2 framerate, or 1/4th frameate for one particular encoder. It'll probably be in at some point in the future, though I just can't justify prioritizing it over other more important things right now.
