I'm streaming some Nintendo Switch games and have the Console plugged in via HDMI to my Avermedia HD Capture card.
I use the audio that is going into the capture card into my PC to hear and stream audio because my monitor does not have speakers or audio out to hear audio through HDMI on the monitor itself.
the issue is, I can either stream audio or listen to audio, but not both at the same time.
I added the source over Video Capture Device,
under Audio Output Device I can select:
- Capture audio only (this streams video along with audio, but I don't hear audio in realtime.
- Output desktop audio (DirectSound/WaveOut) ( I hear audio in realtime, but it does not stream any audio.)
But how can I do both? stream audio and hear it in realtime at the same time?

edit: I found it.
I have to go to the mixer and enable monitor and output audio!
