Question / Help Stream always blurry

so yeah, i currently stream with 3000 bitrate 720p/60fps (im a non-partner) but my game is still blurry af, anyone that could mby help? Iv'e tried changing my bitrate back and forward but nothing seems to help. Tried 30 fps stream once , still blurry though

it wont be crystal clear at all with 3k bitrate but you can make it look pretty decent. It's really dependent on the scene. Lots of grass? Grass will destroy stream quality. Try csgo or something similar with less 'going on' in the scenes and look at the difference. Are you using game capture? Down-scaling? Using veryfast/faster/fast cpu preset? Nvenc will look pretty poop at that low of a bitrate.
