Bug Report Strange resizing behavior when source is flipped

When a source is flipped resizing it works in a very strange way. It flips the source (although not always completely reverting the transformation) and then resizes it. See the linked GFY.

This bug has been in OBS Studio for a while and also exists in the latest release.
