Question / Help Strange problem with my mic

Hello,

So I changed my mic to a Logitech G930 headset, and I've noticed that my mic is generating noise at all time. So I set a noise gate. Now the weird problem is, the filter doesnt work. the noise is at a steady level, so i placed the closed threshold just above it, and it just doesnt mute the noise. this is very annoying for my viewers.. I've added 2 pictures.

why do you opened your mic more than default noise gate setting?
go lower, something like 30/24 or whatever will mute your mic then
