So I'm livestreaming RTSP from my IP Cam through OBS on my laptop, to Youtube. Every now and then I get a weird 'glitch' where I get blocky colours filling part of the screen. Or sometimes its not colours, but the whole screen goes gray except any currently moving objects which are a different grainy grayscale. See examples below. The one with the blocky colour can be anything from white blocks, to neon colour blocks, and anything from a few lines of pixels to a third of the screen.
The thing is, that when it does these glitches, its never actually a freeze/pause situation, instead feed continues to be 'live' and fluid, just that part of it is screwy.
Also, the glitches only present in Youtube. No glitches on the IP Cam feed, whether viewed on PC or mobile App, and no glitches in the OBS preview.
Any idea what causes them? Might help me direct myself to what area of settings I might look at tweaking. YT says my livestream health is 'Excellent'. Not getting any frames skipped/missed either.
