Question / Help Strange OBS Capture Lag (only on OBS, not on mirror/game)

I checked my mirroring app it's all good and my game all good but then when I checked my OBS it is really choppy in there.
I tried streaming once but my viewers told me its laggy using obs, so I tried an iOS app for live it's all good no lag and stable internet connection.

Windows is out of date and Game Mode is on by default and cannot be switched off. This can negatively impact performance.

Instructions on turning this off are in the signature. If you still have the problem afterwards post another log.
