So, I'm not entirely sure what is causing this. Essentially, the stream/recording is fine when I'm in menus. As soon as I enter a match, the stream is shot to hell, FPS-wise. I have tried Game Capture, Window Capture, and Display Capture, all to no avail. If I'm just recording (like in the video's 2nd half), it's just fine. If I'm streaming + recording, both get fucked up. If I'm just streaming, the stream is fucked up. The preview window does not reflect this issue.
I'm using OBS version 0.16.4 on Win 10 (AU)
My specs shouldn't be to blame either:
* i7-5820k (OC'd from 3.3 to 4.5)
* EVGA GeForce GTX 980Ti
* 32GB DDR4 RAM
* MSI X99s Gaming 7
