Config: Windows 10 Home, laptop ASUS TUF GAMING, current OBS etc.
OBS configured, but exacly same on clean empty profile and scene collection.
When I run OBS i see (all the time) high encoding frame time - this is strange, because I'm not encoding yet ... ;)
Looks like in attached screen...
And solution is... enter fullscreen mode (magically is now 1.3 ms). You may quit full screen or not (nevermind) - avg render time is still low from now (1.3 ms on my config).
