Question / Help Strange grid pattern when recording

Whenever I record a video to my hard drive, the video has strange grid like patterns on the screen and i don't know what's causing them, because I have changed everything to high and it is still there.
I am recording at a rather low bitrate because my CPU is not quite powerful enough.

Sorry, I found that the problem is not related to obs, but the software I was using to play the flv file. (I was using VLC)

Edit for more information: I remuxed the video to mp4 and windows media player could play it fine.
