I've recently noticed a strange and annoying visual flicker that happens in the bottom half of my screen when I view it on Twitch. The local recording is fine, it's only on the stream. EDIT: NOTICED THIS HAPPENS FOR PEOPLE USING A WACOM CINTIQ
It happens really quickly, and can range between happening every few seconds to every couple of minutes (lately it seems to happen more at the beginning of a stream and then calms down).
I've caught a screenshot of it:
And here's my log file:

Also, it has nothing to do with the SWF I am running on top, because this was also happening on my earlier streams when it was just the simple Monitor Capture set up (with no overlay).
Any help would be really appreciated, thank you!
