Hello, I am a newbie OBS user and an astrologer who tries to make live streaming programmes through Facebook live. But there was a strange thing happened the other night when I started the programme and sharing my own desktop screen. Some of the viewers said they can't hear any audio or a very low frequency sound coming them, and some said they could hear every speaking through my mic perfectly. When I also tried to listen to my own streaming via my smartphone, I also couldn't hear a sound however when I tried to listen to it from my laptop speakers, I heated the recording completely fine. Still, I can't hear a sound via my phone speaker when I tried to watch the recorded program in Facebook but when I do it with my own laptop, there's no problem...
So, what's the situation?
