I just recently switched from my home network (with wired internet) into my apartment (with wireless) and have noticed a weird quirk with OBS. The bitrate lowers dramatically into the double or low triple digits while remaining green. I'm curious what could be the cause of this, as I've tried switching my bitrate down with no effect.
