I have had this problem for months, i've scoured support pages and videos trying to get this fixed and nothing has worked so now i'm hoping I can get it fixed here. At first I figured the echo was coming from the mic, but even with it muted, even with it disabled as a device. I still get this echo with all my audio. Not sure what info you need me to post but here is an example of what it sounds like.
