Strange disconnects from Restream

1. Your log contains streaming sessions with dropped frames. This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. It is not caused by OBS. Killer's Firewall is known for it's poor performance and issues when trying to stream. Please download the driver pack from https://support.killernetworking.com/ , completely uninstall all Killer NIC items and install their Driver only package. If issues persist, then follow the troubleshooting steps at https://obsproject.com/wiki/Dropped-Frames-and-General-Connection-Issues
2. Not related but having the YUV Color range set to "Full" will cause playback issues in certain browsers and on various video platforms. Shadows, highlights and color will look off. In OBS, go to "Settings -> Advanced" and set "YUV Color Range" back to "Partial".
3. If still having issues try running OBS as Admin and updating Windows 10 to 2004 per https://obsproject.com/blog/five-simple-tips-for-new-streamers

I tried, but no luck. My network connection is great, but that doesn't seem to translate well to my stream for whatever reason.

Well your new log is not referencing any streaming sessions with dropped frames. If you're still seeing issues, do 2 and 3.

I fixed the YUV and my computer says Windows is already up to date, so I don't know what else I can do. Isn't there any way to diagnose the disconnects in themselves directly? The log says I've got WriteN, RTMP Send Errors 10053, 10054 and 10038. What do those errors mean?

Look, I've done everything I possibly can about Killer, and this only started happening to me last night, so I can safely cross that off the reasons of why I keep getting disconnected. My bitrate keeps droping prior to it happening too, although no frames are being dropped. There are error codes 10053, 10054 and 10038. It would be helpful if I knew what the codes mean.
