Strange Color Issue on Ubuntu Bionic Beaver 18.04 LTS

Enable the "Swap red and blue" option in the window capture source properties.

I see the options now! I'm on a laptop, so I couldn't see them. When the properties window appears, you have to drag the video feed of what's being captured up, so that all of the options appear below. There are some "notches" at the center of the video feed that indicates you can drag the video feed up.

The sun was in my eyes for a while. That is an option that works as well.
