Question / Help Strange black boxes around menus and 3D objects when streaming FFXII

So I decided to start streaming FFXII today with OBS, I booted up PSX2 and OBS and began streaming, the only issue is that there is a black box covering the dialog, the attack menu, the health and status bar, and the legs of the characters. I would love to know what's wrong and how to fix this because it isn't fun to look at in anyway.

Edit: Found out it is something wrong with PSX2 and does it for everything in it. Still have no clue why or what I can do.

Oh, if you're using an emulator already, it's one of the settings in there.

Basically the emulator has to blend the sprites/2D graphics/overlays in using an index/pallette color (think .gif transparency). This can be a bit GPU/CPU expensive to do, so most emulators have an option to turn that off or on, and possibly control the levels of blending that are done.

To get a full and proper answer (and solution), please consult with the people who make the emulator in question and they should be able to tell you the proper fix.
