I'm having a very strange problem with the audio on my live streams. I have a mixer that connects the microphones and audio from various PC programs, such as Teams, and an external sound card that takes all the audio coming out of the mixer. When I go live on Facebook or YouTube, some users, mostly with iPhone 11s (the others work fine) and some Android models, complain that the microphones have poor audio (and it's true, they sound tinny and low), while the PC audio, for example, is perfect. I can't figure out what to do, I'm going crazy. I think it depends on the smartphone model, otherwise it's inexplicable. Has anyone ever had this happen? Thanks.
