I open OBS. I hear no sound, but my mixer is assuring me with dancing green bars that there is sound. Stream verifies there is no sound. I open a youtube short, i confirm i am not newly deaf. I open 'advanced audio preferences' window and switch everything that is labeled 'monitor and output' to ' monitor off' and then return them to 'monitor audio output' and i can hear them fine now, Essentially turn it off and back on. If i switch my monitoring device in the settings tab it doesnt fix it. The only fix i have found is every time i open OBS, i have to manually switch each monitoring preference of everything that i want to be heard and revert it back. Even the microphone. I hope this issue gets resolved with no issues!
