Stopping recording does not stop in 28.0.1 (nvenc local only)

random non-stop of stopping of game recording (game + window specific audio).
even closing the program with exit does not stop the stopping recording.
latest 28.0.1 version win11 nvenc 50mbit/s, random first unable to stop recording.

edit: the mkv file seems to be locked unnecessarily by obs-ffmpeg-mux (file name change not allowed).

same here...pressed "stop recording" and "stopping recording" goes forever...
