Stopping Recording Bug

I have seen this a lot and gone through the forums for this but is there anything I can do to fix it? When I press stop recording it just sits at stopping recording and It won't go past that resulting in my having to close OBS and losing the file. I was recording in 240fps to get motion blur when rendered in 60fps

Going beyond 60 FPS puts you firmly in "use at your own risk" territory. This is not surprising behavior given the short frame times, your system simply can't keep up.
